Plantero Protein Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 handful of freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 scoop of Plantero Sade Protein Mix
  • 1 scoop of Plantero Almond Milk Base
  • 1 scoop of water
  • 1-2 ice cubes

For Garnish:

  • 2 teaspoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of mixed seeds/nuts
  • 1 teaspoon of cocoa nibs
  • Raspberries, blueberries, blackberries

Steps:

  1. Blend the ingredients and pour them into a bowl.
  2. Garnish and fall in love with the colors :)
  3. Optional: Sweeten with apple juice concentrate or similar sweetener if desired.

Feel free to skip the ice, but it will definitely cool you down in this hot weather!
