Plantero Banana Bread with Almond Milk

Plantero Almond Milk #Vegan and #Gluten-Free Banana Bread

Ingredients:

📌 3 ripe medium-sized bananas

📌 1/2 cup date molasses

📌 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

📌 2 tablespoons Plantero Almond Milk Base

📌 1/8 cup water

📌 1.5 cups oat flour

📌 2 teaspoons baking soda

📌 1 teaspoon cinnamon

📌 2 teaspoons ground caraway seeds

📌 3 tablespoons walnuts, chopped

📌 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions:

After mixing the ingredients, gradually add about 1/4 cup of oat flour to adjust the consistency. Once it reaches the consistency of boza (a thick Turkish drink made from fermented wheat), add 3 tablespoons of walnuts and 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips/chopped chocolate. After checking the consistency, you can add 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix it again if necessary. Then bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F) for 25 minutes with the fan on first, then switch to the top and bottom heat without the fan for another 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
