Artichokes with Zesty Bean Dip

Ingredients:

📌1 cup of dried white beans

📌4 cloves of garlic

📌1/2 the juice of a lemon

📌1 tablespoon dried vegetables

📌1 teaspoon of each salt and black pepper

📌1 teaspoon of cumin

📌1 teaspoon of paprika

📌1 tablespoon of Plantero’s Almond Milk Base

📌2 baby artichokes

Vegan Aoili Sauce:

📌1 tablespoon of Plantero’s Almond Milk Base

📌Salt, pepper

📌2 cloves of garlic

📌a pinch of mustard powder or ½ a teaspoon of mustard

📌Water depending on consistency

Preparation:

Peel and boil the artichokes until tender. After boiling the artichokes carve the artichokes like a flower and pan-fry or roast them in the oven with a little oil. Soak the white beans overnight and then boil them. Pulse the boiled beans and the other ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. To serve, place the bean dip on the plate and top it with the artichokes and the aioli.
